Job Description Position Summary: The After-School Youth Care Worker will partner with the St. Louis Public Schools to assist youth in excelling and aiming higher in social and emotional learning, overall wellness, and academics. Working together with school counselors, teachers, therapists, and youth peer specialists, the YCW will provide effective crisis intervention services, including behavioral health education and support, brief solution-focused treatment, de-escalation, and mental health first aid.
