Job Summary: Provides mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members who present themselves from psychiatric evaluation with a broad range of mental health needs. Collaborates with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professional team to plan and direct each individual member treatment program. POSITION SUMMARY The Project Safety Professional's primary responsibility is to support the project team in the implementation of Nibbi’s Environmental Health & Safety program. Some travel is required between projects. Currently, all Nibbi projects are in the SF Bay Area. This position reports to the Safety Field Operations Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Lead in promoting Nibbi’s safety culture., • Assist project teams in monitoring all safety issues and concerns, and ensure Nibbi’s standards of safety are adhered to., • Verify all work is performed in compliance with Nibbi’s EH&S program and contract safety specifications., • Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines, producing complete and accurate results on time., • Support project teams in the monitoring of subcontractor safety performance., • Conduct regular jobsite and work area inspections, noting safety violations and corrective actions., • Thoroughly investigate all incidents (including near miss, injury, property damage, general liability) immediately and perform root cause analysis., • Procure Cal/OSHA project permits for assigned projects., • Ensure all safety paperwork is completed for assigned projects., • Coach tradespeople, junior safety members, and project team. Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (SRBHH) is regarded as an integral part of the greater Santa Rosa and Northern California mental health system of care. Conveniently located in the North Bay, SRBHH serves adolescents and adults. We treat both mental health and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. POSITION TITLE: Mental Health Technician PAY RANGE: $23.50-$27.50 Per Hour REPORTS TO: Chief Nursing Officer DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Mental Health Worker provides direct patient care to all patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders, supports therapeutic milieu, ensures safety and well-being of patients and carries out general nursing assistance necessary to treatment of adolescents, adults, or older adult patients as assigned. The Mental Health Worker is the primary person responsible for the safety of the unit milieu. Environmental safety rounds are required each shift and ongoing safety assessments including securing contraband found within the milieu will be completed by the Mental Health Worker.
