Job Description About the Role The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in proactively identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for multiple open positions. This contractor position focuses on sourcing strategies, market research, and building strong candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in research, networking, and outreach, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Core Duties and Responsibilities: β’ Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand client needs and role requirements., β’ Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other tools., β’ Proactively source passive candidates through Boolean searches, talent mapping, and industry research., β’ Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates and promote client opportunities., β’ Screen and qualify prospective candidates before handoff to recruiters., β’ Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and sourcing trackers., β’ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles., β’ Track and report on sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health., β’ Stay current on industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices., β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience., β’ 1β3 years of sourcing experience., β’ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms., β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills., β’ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines., β’ Proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
