Language Skills: Bi-lingual capabilities in Spanish and English. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be able to discuss sensitive care needs with families experiencing high stress, offering both deep empathy and clear administrative guidance. Administrative Tech: Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) software and standard office suites (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
