Job DescriptionDescription: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST POSITION OVERVIEW: The Hand Therapist is responsible for the delivery of quality hand therapy services in accordance with the patient’s plan of care for outpatients with hand therapy needs. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: • Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a therapy diagnosis prior to intervention. Each location has several OTs per office., • Continuing Education: OCC has a non-accredited hand therapy fellowship program. Therapists have the option to conduct didactic sessions with our fellow.
