This role oversees all phases of execution — from planning and scheduling to financial performance, documentation, and client coordination — while supporting field operations and strengthening customer relationships across multiple projects. What You’ll Do • Lead the full lifecycle of transmission, distribution, or substation construction projects, • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives, • Track project costs, productivity, and materials to ensure profitability, • Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project closeouts, • Enforce safety policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements, • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions, • Prepare progress reports and financial updates for leadership, • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred), • 5+ years of project management experience in electrical utility or heavy civil construction, • Strong knowledge of transmission, distribution, or substation construction, • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule targets, • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, • Commitment to safety, integrity, quality, and service Interested in hearing more?
