This role will report to the VP of operations and oversee various concurrent projects. The company focuses on large scale residential (multi family and entire community build/replacement) as well as commercial projects. Overseeing all aspects of commercial siding operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards., 2. Managing the planning and execution of metal/aluminum, stucco, fiber cement, and vinyl siding projects, including coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders., 3. Developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability., 4. Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies., 5. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment., 6. Providing leadership and direction to the siding team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation., 7. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary., 8. Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements., 9. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally., 10. Staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into our operations as appropriate. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Commercial Siding Operations Manager position should possess the following: 1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on commercial construction and multifamily projects., 3. Proven expertise in managing Hardie and vinyl siding projects., 4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations., 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others., 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues., 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders., 8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology., 9. A commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction., 10. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines., 11. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
