This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners, property managers, and partners throughout every stage from initial inquiry to project completion. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who demonstrates patience, organization, and a strong client-first mindset. This is a fully remote position requiring accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism in all interactions.
