The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with all customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach, to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience

Duties include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, filing, invoicing out clients, and many other duties that involve client service. We are looking for a permanent part time CSR (Client Service Representative) who enjoys people AND pets.

Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs a wide variety of duties including sales support, order entry, telephone coverage, email coverage, troubleshooting, reporting, and all aspects of customer support. The CSR is adept in both verbal and written communication skills, is highly organized, and is able to prioritize work effectively. The CSR exemplifies the company's core values through every interaction and transaction. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned) -Handles customer requests on existing orders. -Handles the order entry of customer orders received by telephone, fax or email. -Provides customers with quotes on merchandise. -Contacts vendors in regards to back orders, customer returns, product information and product support. -Answers incoming telephone calls and assists or routes to the correct party. -Troubleshoots problems with customer deliveries. -Provides customers alternate merchandise when their requested item is not available. -Updates customers on order status. -Completes follow through for customer returns and vendor/supplier credits. -Monitor shared customer service inbox and distribute or process orders/inquiries as needed. -Assists sales staff with administrative tasks. -Be familiarized with customer contracts. -Assists customers in navigating on-line ordering. -Applies knowledge of company policies, procedures and pricing to best meet customer needs. -Acts as the company's single source customer service link. -Uses various office equipment such as: copier, fax machine, scanner and printer.Answering Inbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, Inbound Outbound Calls, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Order Entry, Schedule Appointments

Administrative & Compliance • Handle petty cash responsibly if required., • Complete all required documentation accurately., • Work overtime as needed, even on short notice.
