Key Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Rep, your primary duties will include: * Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to introduce our products and services. * Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. * Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits and features of our offerings. * Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Sales Targets: Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Required: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment. Preferred: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. * Bilingual abilities are a plus.
