The Family Engagement Specialist is a school based position that ensures students and families are positioned to engage in learning on a daily basis. The Family Engagement Specialist will play a major part in building relationships with our families while setting the tone for exceptional customer service. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with students, staff and parents to ensure students attend school every day ● Orients families to attendance expectations for new and existing families ● Makes daily attendance calls to families and documents all attendance changes ● Captures and shares any key information or context shared during calls with families ● Participates in the weekly attendance check-in meetings with school leadership with increasing responsibilities over time ● Partners with families and students when additional attendance supports are needed Executes school-based re-enrollment and cultivation plans ● Support families through the re-enrollment process ● Complete application verification calls and updates application system as needed ● Assist with planning of school events and activities ● Partners with other schools to support families through school transitions ● Review and submit student attrition data reports, identify trends and work with the school leadership team to improve student attrition rates Ensures clear and effective communications with all community members and stakeholders ● Implement and lead parent involvement programs, ensuring engagement from families ● Manage the translation of family communications and parent meetings ● Capture pictures and videos for the school events and manage school communication platforms. ● Ensures all parent facing materials are readily available ● Schedules parent meetings with appropriate team members ● Build relationships with community partners in order to build brand awareness ● Monitors and reviews with Assistant Principal of Operations, parent and student feedback, particularly as it relates to non-instructional services and support. Job Description The StretchLab San Antonio team is currently seeking a qualified Membership Sales Specialist who is motivated on driving sales and providing excellent customer service to expand our growing StretchLab community! This position provides a hourly pay plus a competitive commission structure. We are recruiting for all 4 locations in San Antonio! POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Specialist is to assist the Sales Manager with meeting monthly goals for first visit assessments, services, and new memberships. Primary responsibilities are calling lead and scheduling client mobility assessments for our stretch programs. Ensuring a proper sales process is executed so a proper membership option is presented based on a clients needs. During the first visit our specialist provide education about our programs, ensure a positive studio experience during the assessment, and successfully moving them through the sales process to the appropriate membership option. The Sales Specialist also assists with member retention, providing outstanding customer service to current members, event (pop-up)marketing, and assist in managing social media accounts. Boutique fitness, gym membership sales and/or general sales knowledge/experience is preferred, but not required. Starting base pay is based on experience. This position is a part time/full time position that requires availability to work on weekends, evening and/or morning shift. Schedule may change based on event marketing needs outside normal business hours. There is potential to move up to Assistant Sales Manager and/or Sales Manager.
