Job Title: Account Manager Location: Richardson, Texas Position Overview: NSC Technologies is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This is a client-facing, outside sales and business development role focused on building strong, long-term partnerships with companies in need of staffing and recruiting services. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and engage decision-makers, providing tailored workforce solutions to meet their unique business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and grow a portfolio of client accounts through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach., • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders., • Understand client staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions., • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placement., • Track activity and results using internal CRM systems., • Meet or exceed sales and performance targets. Minimum Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field., • Bachelor's degree or military experience preferred; Associate's degree acceptable.
