Job Description Primary Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive property walkthroughs to ensure Attache’s standards of functionality, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal., • Perform immediate "quick-fixes" (e.g., changing light bulbs, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, testing AV equipment)., • Act as the primary liaison between property owners, guests, and contractors., • Schedule professional cleaners and coordinate quality-control return visits., • Field professional email and phone correspondence with a "service-first" mindset., • Maintain meticulous records of service requests and property expenses using Expensify, Asana and other CRM, • Ownership: You are passionate about being proud of your work and ensure projects are done with pride!, • Team Spirit: You are genuinely excited to be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a shared mission., • Growth Mindset: You are open-minded, adaptable, and ready to propose and implement positive changes to our processes., • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with stakeholders at all levels., • Problem-Solving: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently., • Vehicle Ownership: You must own a reliable car to travel between properties throughout the DC area.
