What You’ll Do… As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery. This role is responsible for driving structure, accountability, and progress across projects, not just tracking timelines. Project Leadership & End-to-End Ownership * • Lead projects from initial concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business strategy, customer expectations and speed to market., • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, • Ensure all project activities are clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned to achieve desired outcomes, • Act as the central point of coordination across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance, • Align stakeholders on project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables, • Facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution across functions, • Build and maintain project plans that align with organizational project management frameworks, • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely execution, • Adjust plans as needed to respond to changing priorities, risks, and constraints, • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and transparency, • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership, • Translate complex project information into clear, actionable insights, • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, • Develop mitigation plans and implement corrective actions as needed, • Escalate critical risks and decisions appropriately, • Ensure risks are managed to minimize disruption and support successful delivery Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement * • Apply and support standardized project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies, • Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes and team effectiveness, • Contribute to development of best practices within the Project Management group, • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, • Provide clear direction, expectations, and priorities for project team members, • Remove obstacles and support team effectiveness, • Influence without authority to drive alignment and resultsWhy You’ll Be Successful…, • You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
