Position Overview Teads is seeking an exceptional and visionary Executive Vice President, Global Marketing to lead our global marketing function and propel the next phase of our growth. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping our strategic narrative, driving market positioning, and leading marketing activations across our entire ecosystem—from enterprise advertisers to agency partners, publishers, and internal stakeholders. This role will oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary global team spanning Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing, Field & Sales Marketing, Product Marketing & Go-To-Market, Content Strategy, and Creative Design. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader leadership team to shape global strategy with a particular focus on driving outsized growth in Teads' largest markets—the US, UK, France, and Germany—while ensuring consistency and scalability worldwide. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy • Serve as the global marketing leader, defining and executing a bold marketing vision that fuels growth, expands market presence, and builds brand equity., • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, CPO, CRO, and regional leaders to define global GTM strategies, commercial enablement plans, and pricing frameworks., • Develop and implement a globally integrated marketing strategy, ensuring consistency while enabling local market effectiveness., • Drive strategic alignment across functions to position Teads as a category leader.Organizational Leadership, • Lead and inspire a cross-functional, multi-level global marketing team across the following functions:, • Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing – Manage global PR, analyst relations, brand reputation, executive visibility, and sponsorship strategy., • Field & Sales Marketing – Drive regional growth via pipeline marketing, ABM strategies, client engagement, and go-to-market enablement., • Product Marketing & GTM – Lead product positioning, messaging, commercial readiness, and alignment across Sales and Product teams., • Content & Thought Leadership – Define and execute a platform-wide narrative that amplifies Teads' market leadership and differentiation., • Global Strategy, Creative & Design – Oversee operational frameworks, global-local collaboration models, KPI planning, and creative asset development.Go-to-Market & Revenue Impact, • Own global GTM strategy for new product launches, international expansions, and post-M&A brand integration., • Connect marketing to revenue by supporting acquisition, retention, upsell, and competitive market penetration., • Elevate sales performance through robust enablement, compelling content, and differentiated positioning., • Own and lead the development of marketing performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing initiatives.Executive Communications & Influence, • Act as a public-facing leader representing Teads at global industry events, in media, and directly with clients and partners., • Cultivate strong relationships with brand leaders, agency executives, publishers, and industry influencers.Measurement & Operational Excellence, • Define and track success metrics across brand health, pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and content engagement., • 12+ years of senior marketing experience, including 6+ years in executive leadership roles within digital media, adtech, or B2B SaaS sectors., • Proven success leading large-scale, global, multi-disciplinary teams and marketing organizations, delivering against ambitious business goals., • Proven expertise in product marketing management , brand building, sales enablement, and commercial strategy., • Deep understanding of the intersection between product innovation, go-to-market execution, and revenue generation., • Strong financial acumen with experience in setting and managing marketing budgets aligned to business outcomes., • Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills., • Experience navigating complex global organizations, particularly during transformation, integration, or rapid growth phases., • Bonus: Experience preparing or supporting Investor Relations (IR) materials #LI-HYBRID Life at Teads At Teads, we don't just offer new roles - we blend creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
