Compensation & Benefits • Full-time W2 position with competitive base rate plus bonus, • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and telehealth, • 401(k) with 100% match up to 5% with immediate vesting, • Student loan paydown assistance program, • Paid parental leave, • Paid compassionate leave (pregnancy loss/miscarriage), • Paid caregiver leave, • Company-paid disability coverage, • Three weeks PTO, • Generously paid company holidays, • Commitment to professional development, • Full access to LinkedIn Learning, • Collaborative, growth-oriented culture, • Opportunities to teach, learn, and improve processes, • A meaningful career supporting insurance professionals nationwide What You Bring Personal Characteristics & Competencies You are: • Highly detail-oriented and love organizing complex information, • Exceptionally organized with strong planning and prioritization skills, • A natural problem-solver who looks for process improvements, • Positive, collaborative, and relationship-focused, • Persistent and self-motivated, • Adaptable in a changing insurance and financial environment, • Calm and professional when resolving issues, • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Advanced Excel expertise (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas; experience building/testing macros preferred), • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, • Ability to navigate CRMs, ERP systems, and multiple web-based platforms, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear, professional grammar and spelling required), • Ability to compile, analyze, and clearly present large datasets, • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment, • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive financial information, • Strong follow-up and cross-functional communication skills, • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate results consistently, • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to teach and collaborate Key Responsibilities • Download, format, import, and analyze commission reports from multiple insurance carriers, • Process commission data within internal payment systems, • Verify and supply financial data for accurate commission payments, • Identify discrepancies, payment issues, and data inconsistencies, • Communicate with Accounting, Contracting, and carriers to resolve commission questions, • Assist Finance with accounts payable and payroll support as needed, • Reconcile chargebacks, marketing assistance balances, and 1099 tax status setups, • Perform manual commission calculations when required, • Escalate and resolve commission issues efficiently, • Complete special projects and leadership requests, • Continuously support NCCs value proposition for agents and internal teams, • Collaborate across NCC and SFG to improve processes and cross-train team members Basic Qualifications • Associates degree (AS) or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Experience in finance, accounting, or insurance carrier contracting, • Advanced-level Excel proficiency, • Experience with CRM systems, • Strong computer and internet proficiency, • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, • Experience with virtual meeting and training platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.), • Strong business and financial data acumen, • Auditing experience Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors degree in data analytics, finance, business, accounting, or related field, • Experience with AI tools, • Knowledge of insurance commissions and the carrieragent ecosystem, • Experience with Salesforce, • Experience with an FMO or insurance carrier, • Entrepreneurial or growth-stage company experience If you love data, precision, and solving complex financial puzzles and you want your work to truly matter wed love to meet you.
