Apply now for one of Indiana's top nursing jobs!\n \n\nKey Job Details – MICU RN Travel Assignment\n\n • Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46845 (Indiana nursing jobs)\n, • Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse\n, • Start Date: December 29, 2025\n, • End Date: March 30, 2026\n, • Duration: 13-week healthcare contract\n, • Hours per Week: 36 (Three 12-hour shifts)\n, • Shift: 12 Hour Days (3:00 AM – 3:00 PM), rotating weekdays and weekends\n, • Unit: Mixed Acuity – MICU (24 beds) & Progressive Care Unit (12 beds)\n, • Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs; jackets in black, white, or Caribbean blue\n, • Pay Rate: $93.00 - $103.00 per hour\n\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n, • Active Indiana RN license (Registered Nurse)\n, • Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience required; 2 years preferred\n, • BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) certifications\n, • Strong clinical background in medical and critical care nursing\n, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment\n, • Travel nursing experience preferred\n, • Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 healthcare facilities preferred\n\n\nMICU RN Responsibilities\n\n, • Deliver patient care for ICU and progressive care patients, focusing on progressive care\n, • Manage ventilated patients and administer/titrate IV drips (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics)\n, • Assist with intubations and line placements\n, • Monitor and treat critically ill patients (sepsis, respiratory failure, renal failure, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia)\n, • Operate clinical equipment: Phillips heart monitors, Epic EMR, Pyxis, EKG machines, dopplers\n, • Float to other ICU, progressive, and MedSurg units as needed (1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio)\n We believe in empowering your career.
