Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Treatment Coordination & Patient Experience -Present orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and financial information to patients alongside orthodontist -Help create an exceptional patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion and follow up as needed Clinical assisting -Prepare and break down treatment rooms and instruments -Assist with bonding, debonding, adjustments, records, and other orthodontic procedures as permitted by state regulations and training -Take and maintain accurate patient records -Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Sterilization and infection control -Properly clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize instruments -Maintain sterilization areas and equipment based on OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols -Maintain accurate sterilization procedures and logs What We're Looking For -Previous orthodontic or dental experience a plus but not required -Willingness to learn new skills and techniques -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Friendly, energetic, and positive personality -Highly organized and ability to multitask -Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed -Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of cleanliness and organization -Creative and comfortable being on camera or creating content -Professional appearance and excellent patient-service skills -Spanish speaking is a plus -We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, proactive, creative, and genuinely enjoys working with people!
