Job Description The Director, Inside Sales is responsible for developing, leading, and scaling a high-performing inside sales organization and driving program efforts of Mac’s Insider customer segment. This role combines direct people management with ownership and execution of sales strategy, process optimization, and execution against growth and margin objectives. The Director partners closely with Commercial leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with broader commercial strategy and customer experience goals while transforming inside activity from transactional support to a disciplined, metrics-driven commercial organization. This is an outside sales position requiring proactive outreach and full-cycle sales execution. Agents may opt in to Apple’s year-round lead distribution system. Participation requires a mutually agreed-upon production schedule. This role is ideal for agents who are adaptable, proactive, and focused on long-term client relationships. Core Responsibilities • Maintain a current Florida 215 Health License and active Florida Blue appointment, • Complete all mandatory training, certifications, and carrier onboarding, • Sell Florida Blue products through compliant sales processes: face-to-face, phone, and electronic, • Guide prospects through the entire sales process from lead to close, • Manage book of business through renewals, service, and retention efforts, • Address and resolve policy delinquencies and member account issues, • Engage in age-in, age-out, and life event transitions with professionalism and accuracy, • Analyze member needs and conduct product comparisons using carrier-approved tools, • Present plan options clearly, explaining benefits and value-added services, • Educate clients on Florida Blue’s self-service platforms and enrollment resources, • Adhere to Florida Blue and CMS marketing and compliance standards, • Demonstrate high ethical standards in sales practices and member interactions, • Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner, • Remain up-to-date with industry and product changes, • Be responsive to administrative and support team requests, • Represent Apple Insurance and Florida Blue in a professional manner at community or marketing events when applicableQualifications, • Holds a Florida 215 Health License, • Previous Health Insurance Sales Experience Additional Information Work Environment • Location: Join us at our vibrant office in Boca Raton, Florida., • Schedule: Full-time role with flexibility for evening or weekend shifts, especially during open enrollment seasons.
