The Role: We’re hiring a hands-on E-Commerce Operations & Analytics Lead to support strategy and execution for e-commerce performance through data-driven insights, digital merchandising strategy, and continuous site optimization. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and Marketing, this role owns analytics, reporting, and customer behavior analysis to inform business decisions, translating sales trends and inventory realities into actionable site merchandising recommendations that drive conversion and revenue growth. Acting as the primary day-to-day operator for the digital storefront, the position oversees site experience, inventory data integrity, and cross-functional project management—ensuring the online channel is optimized, commercially focused, and aligned with broader marketing, product, and operational goals. As a growing and agile team, this role provides broad exposure across both strategy and operations, with meaningful opportunities to expand responsibility and take on greater ownership over time. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Analytics • Manage and continue developing e-commerce analytics and reporting across Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and integrated platforms, translating performance data into dashboards and measurement frameworks that support strategic planning for leadership and Marketing, • Support omnichannel sales analysis and planning insights, partnering with Marketing and leadership to define and track KPIs including top-performing products, conversion drivers, funnel drop-offs, and actionable growth recommendations, • Analyze omnichannel customer behavior and lifecycle performance, developing cohort reporting across new vs. returning customers, repeat purchase trends, category performance, and AOV drivers, • Partner closely with Marketing and leadership to contextualize sales performance within broader marketing strategies and business goals, ensuring data analysis reflects campaign activity and growth initiatives Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution • Help shape weekly site merchandising strategy and own execution across homepage, collection sorting, product features, and onsite storytelling, partnering with Marketing and leadership to translate inventory position, sales performance, and margin considerations into clear product prioritization, • Support product visibility optimization based on performance insights, balancing newness, top performers, slow movers, and assortment gaps to improve conversion, sell-through, and margin performance, • Manage project timelines and cross-functional communication for seasonal product initiatives, developing clear merchandising playbooks for launches, promotions, and markdown events shared across Boutique, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams UX & Conversion Optimization • Serve as the primary driver of day-to-day site optimization and CRO initiatives for the e-commerce experience, partnering with Marketing and leadership to identify and prioritize UX improvements across navigation, PDP clarity, mobile experience, cart behavior, and overall purchase path performance, • Lead QA and project management for site enhancements and optimization initiatives, collaborating with third-party developers and vendors while creating clear briefs to ensure accurate scoping and efficient execution, • Contribute ongoing low-lift experimentation recommendations across merchandising and UX (e.g., collection sorting logic, PDP content sequencing), maintaining a structured testing roadmap and learning log with defined measurement protocols Inventory Data Management • Own product data implementation across the e-commerce platform to support merchandising, discoverability, and site functionality, including product titles, tagging structure, categorization, metafields, and product photography, • Maintain product data integrity across the existing catalog and new launches to ensure accurate navigation, filtering, reporting, and customer experience, • Ensure readiness for external sales channels and performance marketing initiatives by maintaining product feed health, tracking accuracy, and landing page alignment, • Support integrations and channel operations through product data management in platforms such as Google Merchant Center, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop and related commerce tools Asset Management, Project Operations & Process Optimization • Manage the e-commerce creative asset library, establishing scalable systems for organizing, naming, and maintaining photo and video assets to ensure site content remains current, discoverable, and optimized for merchandising and upselling, • Support and coordinate project management for photoshoot planning and execution, partnering with the Founder and Marketing to align creative needs with product launches and business priorities, • Leverage sales performance and customer insights to identify reshoot opportunities, content gaps, and cost-efficient production planning, • Continuously refine, systematize, and automate cross-functional workflows and business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scalable growth What We’re Looking For: Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in an e-commerce or web merchandising role (founder-led, omnichannel and/or luxury DTC experience is a plus), • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Sheets (experience with Clarity or similar tools is a plus), • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards to track sales performance, customer behavior, and product performance and provide actionable recommendations, • Experience managing site merchandising, including homepage, collections, product pages, promotions, and inventory-informed product prioritization, • Familiar with UX/CRO best practices and A/B testing small changes to improve site performance, • Experience managing projects across teams and third-party vendors;
