Job DescriptionNursery and Children's Education Worker - Calvary Baptist Church Status: non-exempt, hourly, at-will employee Hours: 2 – 3 hours on Sundays; occasional special events, Holiday Services Reports to: Minister of Students, Families and Congregational Life (primarily) and Pastor of Communications, Faith Formation, Missions and Membership (secondarily) Performance Review: After 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, then annually Job Summary: Working in the church’s nursery and children’s classrooms, works collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and parents to foster a welcoming, safe community for infants, toddlers, and Pre-K children.
