Job Description RealClean Aircraft Detailing Northern New England Aircraft Detailing Field Supervisor Location: Southern New Hampshire / New England Region Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly Overtime Eligibility: Yes Reports To: Owner / Operations Manager About RealClean Aircraft Detailing RealClean Aircraft Detailing provides professional mobile aircraft cleaning, detailing, polishing, and appearance services throughout New England. Our customers include FBOs, charter operators, corporate flight departments, MRO facilities, cargo operators, flight schools, and private aircraft owners. Our teams travel directly to airports and aircraft locations to provide high-quality services with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Position Summary The Aircraft Detailing Field Supervisor serves as the lead field representative for RealClean Aircraft Detailing. This position combines hands-on aircraft detailing, crew supervision, customer relationship management, operational coordination, and sales support. The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while maintaining positive relationships with customers and airport personnel. This is a working supervisor position. The successful candidate will actively participate in aircraft detailing while also leading crews and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Aircraft Detailing & Quality Control • Perform aircraft washing, detailing, polishing, brightwork restoration, and interior cleaning services, • Conduct final quality inspections before project completion, • Ensure all work meets RealClean quality standards, • Train and mentor detailing technicians, • Promote safe work practices and proper equipment use Crew Leadership • Lead daily field operations and detailing crews, • Coordinate work assignments and project execution, • Monitor productivity and labor utilization, • Support employee training and development, • Assist with hiring recommendations and onboarding Customer Meetings & Relationship Management • Meet with aircraft owners, pilots, FBO personnel, and operators, • Conduct aircraft evaluations and service consultations, • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly, • Represent RealClean at airports and industry events Quoting & Sales Support • Prepare estimates and service quotes, • Conduct aircraft condition assessments, • Recommend maintenance programs and recurring service schedules, • Follow up on customer inquiries and referrals, • Identify opportunities for additional services and account growth, • Assist ownership in developing new customer relationships Operations & Scheduling • Coordinate daily schedules and crew assignments, • Assist with route planning and logistics, • Manage airport access requirements and operational documentation, • Monitor inventory, equipment, and vehicle readiness, • Assist with reporting, timesheets, and job documentation Work Environment This position requires regular travel throughout New England and involves working around aircraft in active airport environments. Work may include: • Early morning starts, • Evening assignments, • Overnight projects, • Weekend work, • Extended shifts during peak demand periods, • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Because aircraft availability often depends on flight schedules, flexibility is important. Overtime opportunities are expected throughout the year and may be required during busy seasons.
