We're looking for academic leaders—especially those with decision-making experience in higher education—to help define and review tasks that measure how well AI performs in complex, real-world scenarios relevant to institutional operations and academic governance.\n\nYour expertise will help ensure that AI tools are evaluated against realistic expectations grounded in the organizational and policy challenges faced by colleges and universities.\n\nSample of Reported Job Titles:\nAcademic Affairs Vice President (Academic Affairs VP), Academic Dean, Admissions Director, College President, Dean, Financial Aid Director, Institutional Research Director, Provost, Registrar, Students Dean\n\nProject Overview\n\n-- Short-term engagement through December 29, 2025, with 40–100 hours of total work\n-- Work begins with a paid trial (lasting 2–4 days) to confirm mutual fit\n-- All tasks are remote, flexible, and milestone-based with clear instructions and support\n\nWhat You'll Do\n-- Review and contribute to tasks that assess how well AI models understand topics like institutional governance, student services, admissions policy, accreditation, and financial aid operations\n-- Use your domain knowledge to identify errors, gaps, or misrepresentations in model responses\n-- Provide feedback on how AI can be more safely aligned with real-world decision-making in higher education\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n-- 4+ years full-time experience in academic administration or leadership\n-- Strong understanding of university operations, policy design, or institutional planning\n-- U.S. residency and fluency in English\n-- Comfortable working remotely with tools like messaging platforms, video calls, and shared docs\n-- Able to complete structured tasks independently and on time\n-- No current employment required\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:\nPaid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\nCurrent employment in the field is NOT required
