Job DescriptionDescription: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wiring Technician to join our production and engineering team. This role is highly hands-on and will play a key part in the wiring, assembly, and integration of electrical systems used in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent technical skills, and a passion for building high-quality, reliable products. The Wiring Technician will collaborate closely with engineers and production staff to support wiring harness fabrication, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across our product lines. Key Responsibilities • Assemble, route, and terminate wiring harnesses and electrical components according to engineering drawings and schematics., • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and mechanical assembly documentation., • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support prototype builds, new product development, and ongoing production., • Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with internal standards., • Identify and troubleshoot wiring or component issues and assist in implementing corrective actions., • Maintain accurate documentation of wiring assemblies, modifications, and process changes., • Ensure all work adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards., • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes and electrical design efficiency.Requirements:, • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience., • 2+ years of experience in wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing environments preferred., • Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings., • Proficient in the use of wiring tools, crimping, soldering, and electrical test equipment., • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills., • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., • Commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement. Job Description The E-Box Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations of electrical box assembly, wiring, testing, and kitting within the HVAC manufacturing process. This position ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while leading, developing, and supporting a team to meet production goals and maintain compliance with all electrical and manufacturing standards. • Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations in the Electrical Box (E-Box) assembly area to meet production targets and delivery schedules., • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide hands-on support, coaching, and mentorship as needed., • Ensure wiring and electrical component installations follow schematics, diagrams, and work instructions precisely., • Perform and oversee functional testing of electrical assemblies to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards., • Conduct in-process quality checks, including verification of wire routing, terminations, labeling, and connections., • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, testing results, and inspection logs., • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues affecting productivity or quality., • Train team members in proper wiring techniques, assembly standards, and safety practices., • Support and drive adherence to 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to maintain a clean and efficient work environment., • Monitor material inventory and coordinate with materials management to avoid shortages or delays., • Support cross-training within the department to increase team flexibility and operational resilience., • Serve as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross-training initiatives., • Ensure all activities follow OSHA regulations and internal electrical safety standards., • Interpret and train others on electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineered-to-order (ETO) documentation., • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions when quality or process issues arise., • Actively participate in continuous improvement and Bosch Production System (BPS) initiatives.Qualifications, • High School Diploma or equivalent required., • Technical training or certification in electrical or electronics preferred., • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or wiring within a manufacturing environment., • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred., • Strong working knowledge of electrical components, wiring practices, and safety standards., • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and ETO documentation., • Effective verbal and written communication skills., • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead 8–15 team members., • Proficient in problem-solving and quality improvement tools., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding production environment., • Must be flexible and able to work overtime as required.
