Job Description Marketing Intelligence Specialist Irvine, CA | $28.00/hour | Full-Time Entry-Level | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | 100% Onsite Job Overview Quest International is hiring for an entry-level Marketing Intelligence Specialist role in Irvine, California. This is a high-volume outbound calling position. You will spend most of your day calling businesses, asking simple questions, documenting information, and moving to the next call. You will use AI tools to support basic research, but this is not a strategy role, not a creative marketing role, and not a sales role. This is an entry-level position for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, consistent, and able to work in a structured environment with clear daily expectations. This is not a sales role. This is not a closing role. This is not account management. This is not a remote position. What You’ll Do • Make 80-120 outbound calls per day, • Ask basic questions and gather business information, • Use AI tools to research companies before and between calls, • Enter notes and updates into the CRM, • Follow a structured daily workflow, • Stay organized and productive throughout the day, • Pass information internally when appropriate Requirements • Comfortable making 80-120 outbound calls per day, • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone, • Clear, professional communication skills, • Strong organization and note-taking skills, • Comfortable with repetitive, structured work, • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and AI tools, • Able to work onsite in Irvine, CA Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, • Must currently live in Orange County, California, • Comfortable being measured on activity and daily output Preferred • Outbound calling experience, • Customer service or phone-based work experience, • Experience using CRM systems, • Comfort using AI tools for research and workflow support Entry-Level Fit This role can be a strong fit for someone early in their career who is dependable, coachable, comfortable making calls, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced office environment. You do not need a sales background. You do need to be comfortable with phone volume, repetition, and clear performance expectations.
