Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage campaigns, generate leads, and contribute to brand growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, • Manage and coordinate digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc), • Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets, • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports, • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, • Support event planning, trade shows (also travels with the team to the shows/exhibitions), and promotional activities, • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, • Manage relationships with external distributors, dealers, vendors, agencies, and partners, • Coordinate with dealers and service providers to generate content, • Help develop marketing materials (flyers, presentations, blog posts, graphics), • Perform data analysis and modify strategies as required, • Collaborate with team members locally and abroad, on driving and implementing marketing strategies Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Canva, Adobe, etc), • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Spanish speaker (a plus), • Strong organizational skills, proactive and self-starter, • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, • Graphic design, mockups or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), • Experience in B2B and with car industry marketing
