Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for assisting guests in designated areas within Patron Services., • Provides guests with programs and information as needed., • Responsible for accurate accounting of receipts for sales of programs and related journals., • Responsible for picking up and distributing programs, Racing forms, and harness eye., • Accurately completes reports for accounting purposes., • Promotes guest safety within respective areas., • Responsible for maintaining guest safety when horses are entering & exiting the Paddock area., • Performs all other duties as assigned., • Previous experience in customer service and public relations., • Must be knowledgeable of Thoroughbred Racing Industry., • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands. opWjaq8A9O
