Major Duties & Responsibilities: * Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks * Work with a variety of handmade pastas from various regions of Italy * Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare * Enjoy providing great hospitality Qualifications: * Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence * Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position * Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) * Good sense of taste and smell * Knowledge of a second language is a plus
