Candidates must possess basic hand tools; valid driver's license and have their own transportation. Respond to on call phone within reasonable period of time during regular business hours and while on call. Responds appropriately to requests from property manager and prioritizes jobs to complete in the quickest and most effective manner. Maintains building, performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities as needed.
