Position Summary The Warehouse Technician / Coatings Crew Member is a dual-role position responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while also assisting with field installation of waterproofing and coatings systems. This role ensures the warehouse is organized, stocked, and operating efficiently, while also contributing to project execution in the field. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and shop areas, • Manage tools, equipment, and materials to ensure proper storage and functionality, • Track inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies as needed, • Perform regular inspections of equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs, • Ensure efficient use of warehouse space to support workflow and productivity, • Assist with installation of waterproofing systems including coatings, membranes, and sealants, • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, priming, and repair to ensure proper application, • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of existing systems, • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently, • Support project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion, • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used, • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients, • Support a safe and organized work environment in both warehouse and field settingsQualifications, • Experience in warehouse operations, construction, coatings, or related field preferred, • Strong understanding of tools, materials, and equipment used in construction or coatings work, • Ability to manage inventory and maintain organized workspaces, • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and reporting, • Valid driver’s license preferredPreferred Qualifications, • Experience in waterproofing, coatings, or specialty construction work, • Certification in coatings or waterproofing systems, • Familiarity with industry standards and safety practices, • Experience working in both warehouse and field environmentsPhysical Requirements, • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds frequently, • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods, • Ability to climb ladders and work in confined or elevated spaces, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid short-term disability, • Paid life insurance, • 401(k) with company match
