As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing production activities within your value stream whose goal is to produce a quality product in a safe and cost-effective manner while meeting production schedules and cost specifications. As a supervisor, you will provide your direct reports measurable objectives that can be achieved within their evaluation period.
