Job Description The Assistant Manager is a critical part of the restaurant management team, ensuring we provide exceptional service and delicious food in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for performing all management duties including inventory, ordering, scheduling, interviewing and supervising each shift they work. The Assistant Manager will work a variety of shifts and will assist, train and coach team members in all positions to ensure an exceptional Guest experience.
