We specialize in appliances, our sweet spot. Your role as a sales team member is to make sure our customers understand the advantages AND the limitations of the products, accessories and services we sell., • PAG puts customer service as first and foremost in our organization. Your role in this is to help customers with the needs they have in getting their products delivered on time and with an excellent customer service experience., • PAG wants all of our customers to be satisfied with the products and services that we provide, as such part of this position is to listen when customers have product and / or service issues and help them get connected to solving these problems.
