Job Description We are seeking an experienced Triple Hat Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety & Health Officer to join the SES Electrical LLC (SEL) team, a subsidiary of BBCH. This role entails scheduling, quality control, safety, and occupational health management, monitoring, assessments, safety site orientation, activity-specific education, and assurance of compliance. Work will be performed onsite in Guam with possible travel. Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000/annual Scope of Work: The work includes the reconfiguration of a building. It involves demolition, hazardous materials removal, exterior doors, interior partitions, doors, windows, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, air conditioning, electrical power, lighting, and telecommunications. Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to contract documents., • Manage/maintain all necessary planning, direction, coordination, and budgeting for project activities., • Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily., • Coordinate/communicate with Owner as necessary., • Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, AHJ field coordination, daily., • Attend the pre-construction conference, pre-work meetings, and three-phase inspection meetings., • Manage/maintain weekly subcontractor coordination meetings., • Attend/participate in weekly Owner’s meetings., • Review and be knowledgeable of the subcontractor’s subcontracted scope of work. Manage all coordination necessary to complete the scopes of work and prevent extra work or lost time to the greatest extent possible., • Be familiar with the subcontractor’s budget and cost structure., • Review and be knowledgeable of the baseline project schedule. Provide monthly input on dates, durations, and coordination., • Prepare short-term, detailed look-ahead schedules weekly., • Request, prepare, and hold coordination meetings as necessary to support the project schedule., • Coordinate with the subcontractors and Owner for progress billing, monthly., • Oversee quality control and safety programs., • Manage deliveries, staging, loading, and unloading., • Supervise equipment usage on site, such as cranes or earth-moving equipment., • Ensure project conformance to national and/or local building codes., • Maintain accurate daily records., • Perform safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, site safety orientation, activity-specific training, and enforcement., • Perform safety meetings., • Develop and review preconstruction safety submittals., • Review safety submittals for compliance., • Implement and enforce accepted Accident Prevention Plans (APP)., • Review, develop, and enforce subcontractor activity-specific Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA)., • Monitor and manage subcontractor safety and health compliance., • Verify safety qualifications., • Conduct continuous safety and health inspections, maintain a written log including date of inspection, area/operation inspected, identified hazards, recommended corrective actions, estimated and actual dates of corrections., • Conduct mishap investigations and complete required reports., • Maintain a safety and health deficiency tracking system, monitoring outstanding deficiencies until resolution., • Attach safety inspection logs to the contractors' daily quality control report in RMS and Procore., • Maintain the OSHA Form 300 and daily production reports for prime and sub-contractors., • Maintain safety reference material on the job site., • Maintain a list of hazardous chemicals on site and their material safety data sheets.Qualifications:, • Must have US Work Authorization., • Valid US Passport., • Valid Driver’s License., • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances as required by the task order., • Minimum of 5 years of federal construction experience with USACE, NAVFAC, or Coast Guard., • Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction industry experience in supervising/managing general construction., • OSHA 30hr., • CQM-C Certification., • EM385 1-1 40hr., • Experience with Procore and RMS., • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF., • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.About Company About Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC: Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH), a holding company of Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC), an Alaska Native Corporation.
