Responsibilities As a Client Services Specialist at Journey Wealth Management, you’ll be an integral part of a fast-moving, high-performing team. Your role is essential, dynamic, and full of opportunities to shine: • Set the tone for the day by opening the office, reviewing voicemails, and ensuring everything is polished and ready to go, • Be the first voice or face clients connect with, whether by phone, email, or in person, • Create a welcoming environment for meetings by greeting clients and offering refreshments, • Set our advisors up for success by scheduling and managing meetings, confirming appointments, and preparing client files, • Keep our CRM pristine, updating client data to reflect the most current and accurate information, • Manage critical communications by opening, sorting, and distributing both incoming and outgoing mail, • Keep us stocked and sharp by organizing office supplies and ensuring the workspace is always clean, professional, and client-ready, • Show up for high-impact moments, including occasional evening events (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) where your hospitality and professionalism will shine Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative clerk, • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms like Salesforce), • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), • Highly organized with strong time-management skills, • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team setting, • Experience in financial services is preferred but not required, • Customer service mindset with a commitment to excellence, • Ability to travel between 2 office locations with reliable transportation, • Ability to pass background check and drug test prior to your starting date Compensation: • Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, increase in wage depending on skill level and competence, • Bonus opportunities available, • 401(k) and up to 4% maximum match up, • Company annual incentive trip for you and one guest (mainland or international destinations) after one year of employment., • Upward mobility into positions of greater responsibility with a required State insurance license.
