Job Description Position Overview: The AOBH Assistant Supervisor (AS) is a member of the agency’s management team and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the AOBH. Under the general supervision of the Divisional Vice is responsible for the oversight of the administrative and clinical aspects of the program. Responsible for personnel management, fiscal operations, inventory management, client services, safety and welfare of staff and clients, hiring and training of personnel, directing and coordinating the activities of the staff, and general administration of the program. In this full-time role, you will be accountable for the growth, quality, and success of the assigned after-school program operation, its students, and staff.
