As a Licensed Insurance Agent, youll play a key role in helping individuals and families find the right insurance coverage while providing top-tier customer service. This role involves building relationships, educating clients, and ensuring they feel confident in their policies. Youll manage a MondayFriday, 9 AM5 PM in-office schedule with a competitive base pay range + the commission potential giving you an expected first year earning potential of $35K$45K+. This requires strong listening skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and an approach rooted in honesty/integrity., • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement. A blend of enthusiasm, persistence, and persuasion is essential., • Prepare quotes, process applications, and maintain accurate client recordsattention to routine detailed work, efficiency, and being highly organized & planning oriented is a must, • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims guidance while staying calm under pressure and demonstrating exceptional follow-through., • An Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License is required., • Integrity & professionalismalways do the right thing, even when no ones watching., • Effective communicationmust be articulate and confident across various platforms (phone, email, text, social media)., • Computer proficiencycomfortable using multiple applications and adapting to software updates., • Curiosity & willingness to learninsurance is complex, and we expect continuous growth., • Excellent organizational skillsable to multitask, adapt to interruptions, and meet deadlines efficiently., • A strong work ethic, commitment to high standards, and a bit of aggressiveness when it comes to meeting goals and helping clients succeed.
