Transparency promotes open communication and leads to forming healthy relationships by emphasizing being direct with people in our workplace., • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization., • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, working collaboratively with internal teams and/or the assigned Account Manager to address issues promptly and ensure timely resolution., • Execute strategic account plans with assigned Account Manager to drive customer retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth, leveraging your understanding of client goals and challenges., • Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to provide updates, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships – with the goal of responding to all emails within 4 business hours., • Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively educate clients on new offerings and opportunities for business optimization., • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment on client priorities., • Identify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and service innovations based on client feedback and market trends., • Required: High School Diploma or GED, • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field., • Required: Experience in customer service/success or a related role, with a proven track record of success., • Proven experience in account management or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment., • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of the organization., • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges., • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans to drive business results., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively., • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools., • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity., • Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and business priorities., • Medical (with company contribution), • HSA (with company contribution), • Dental (with company contribution), • Vision, • Employer paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability, • Short-Term Disability, • 401(k) (with company match), • Paid holidays, • Paid time off (PTO), • Sick Time, • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work., • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection., • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings., • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment., • The ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards, including proper seating and desk setup.
