Ensures that all subordinate employees are trained and understand ASC Environmental Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance, requirements and goals. Supports the achievement of ASC goals, contractual commitments and metrics, whether metrics can be directly or indirectly, affected by this position's activities. This Director supervises the Peer Navigators and Care Managers who are responsible for providing direct assistance, support, and services to participants. The position is also responsible for the development and implementation of reentry resources, positive opportunities for participants, mentoring, participant assessments, transportation assistance, and any positive navigation for individuals who are pretrial status. The Director also requires extensive coordination with public, private, and nonprofit entities that assist with reentry, building strong relationships with participants and community resources. The Director is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, supervising, and monitoring all SCCIC staff, programs for participants, and implementing regulations and best practices. The Director provides support through advocacy, ongoing assessment and evaluation, service coordination and care planning. The primary focus of this position is to provide successful participant reentry, in coordination with SCCIC partners. The Director has a responsibility as part of the site leadership team to participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assures high quality services while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the programming. This dedicated program helps individuals who are released from Denver city or county jail connect to better housing, employment opportunities, industry approved training, vocational training, transportation assistance, behavioral health assistance (mental health, substance use treatment), food relief, care management, mentoring, sober living, harm reduction services, and many other services. This role supports both the operational effectiveness of internal teams and the integrity of digital systems used across properties and departments. The IT Manager ensures that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with RMC’s organizational goals.
