Job DescriptionDescription: DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician. SUMMARY:Performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas, and amenity areas. Prepares vacant units for new move-ins. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists in various cleaning functions, and assists in monitoring the grounds. Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DAILY: • Performs service request as required., • Prepares vacant apartments for new move-ins., • Performs preventative maintenance duties as outlined in an annual Preventative Maintenance Program developed by the Maintenance Supervisor. We customize and build our mobile medical units from the chassis up for our customers and in-house fleet; these units include climate control/HVAC, generators, bathrooms, exam rooms for radiology, and high-end interior finishes.
