Job DescriptionSafety Advisor – Construction & Industrial Projects First Shift | Large Commercial & Industrial Job Sites | $22-30 Safety isn’t just a checklist — it’s a culture. We’re looking for someone who can connect with people, influence behavior, and build trust on the job site while keeping teams focused, compliant, and working safely. If you’re the kind of person who can walk onto a site, spot a hazard before anyone else sees it, and talk to a crew member in a way that earns respect instead of resistance — this is your role. What You’ll Do • Build strong working relationships with foremen, tradespeople, and site leadership, becoming a trusted partner on all safety matters., • Walk the site and identify unsafe behaviors or hazards, communicating corrections with confidence and professionalism., • Have the tough conversations — addressing PPE violations, fall protection issues, or unsafe practices — while maintaining respect and rapport., • Ensure workers tie off properly when operating lifts or working at heights., • Manage morning attendance check‑ins and end‑of‑shift check‑outs., • Maintain accurate and timely site documentation using iPads, email, forms, and basic digital reporting tools., • Support compliance with safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards., • Encourage a team-oriented safety mindset, where proactive communication and accountability thrive.What Makes You a Great Fit, • Solid understanding of OSHA regulations, safety procedures, risk management, and construction site operations., • Natural leadership presence — able to coach, guide, and influence crews at all levels., • Experience as a field coordinator, construction administrator, or construction coordinator, especially in fast-paced environments., • 3+ years in construction or safety-related roles, ideally with supervisory or lead experience., • OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is a strong plus)., • Able to communicate clearly, write basic reports, and stay organized under pressure.Preferred Skills, • Bilingual capabilities — highly valued on diverse job sites., • Hands-on experience in field construction, coordination, or administration., • Familiarity with drywall, framing, painting, or similar trades.Why You’ll Love This Role, • You’ll work where your impact is immediate, visible, and meaningful., • Safety is supported at every level — you’re not fighting an uphill battle., • Real opportunities to grow into management and higher-level safety leadership., • Large commercial and industrial job sites., • First shift schedule, providing consistency and strong work-life balance.
