Job DescriptionDescription: Hoffman's Exterminating is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Service/Quality Control Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service team. This role is integral to ensuring the highest level of service quality while maintaining operational efficiency across our locations. Hoffman’s Exterminating is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic pest control companies in the South Jersey & Tri-state area. We currently operate out of six offices: Mantua, NJ; Woodbury Heights, NJ; Newtown Square, PA; Northfield, NJ; Middletown, DE; and Burlington, NJ. As a Service & Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall success, service quality, and operational efficiency of the branch. This includes planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities to meet company goals while maintaining high corporate standards. We’re looking for a leader who is not afraid to make decisions, coach technicians, and ensure the best possible service is delivered to our customers. Responsibilities • Oversee Technician Service, Sales, and Quality Control activities., • Ensure service quality standards are maintained by regularly evaluating and refining service delivery procedures., • Coordinate inventory, production, and equipment maintenance in accordance with company policies., • Direct the development and implementation of service strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service excellence., • Oversee key company functions, including scheduling, allowances, cancellations, and service growth., • Develop and implement plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment, and staff., • Review production costs, product quality, and modify production and inventory control programs to enhance profitability and service quality., • Assist in preparing the annual budget, re-projections, and monthly forecasts., • Evaluate technician performance, make salary recommendations, and implement disciplinary actions as needed, in line with company policy., • Develop and implement strategies to minimize customer complaints and maintain high service satisfaction., • Prepare service and corporate reports related to service quality and operational performance., • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing to ensure the service, sales, and administrative teams are properly staffed and supported.
