As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base salary range for this remote position is $100,000-$135,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Planning & Project Manager is the central hub for FXMUSA Sales, owning cross-functional projects, analytics, and meeting/event orchestration that keep the commercial engine running smoothly. This role blends project-management rigor with sales enablement: planning and tracking key initiatives, building executive-ready reporting, coordinating calendars and cadences, and ensuring flawless execution of national sales meetings, Business Performance Reviews (BPRs), and distributor incentives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project & Program Management • Lead cross-functional sales projects from brief through post-mortem (scope, timelines, owners, etc.)., • Maintain a master commercial calendar (Executive Calendar, QBRs, blitzes, pricing reviews, national meetings, surveys)., • Deliver concise weekly project updates to the SVP—and to the CEO as needed.
