About the Position The Video Producer role is a Boise-based position, responsible for ensuring our clients’ success by contributing to projects with a variety of creative approaches. You will work with the Stoltz team to develop our clients’ strategic marketing initiatives and collaborate on conceptual solutions and video production. This position reports to the Executive Creative Director as an integral role on the creative team. This role is multifaceted. It’s roughly half “one-person band” for video productions for Stoltz and our clients (or more like two- or three-person band).. The other half is split between working with external production companies and crew; concepting and consulting with the Stoltz team for campaign concepts that include video; and continued education and experimentation – including Ai – to work on your craft. Video Producer 1 Responsibilities • Contribute to concepting with the creative and account team to create integrated marketing campaigns that include video content., • Create compelling content through visual storytelling using sight, sound, and motion., • Setup and operate camera and audio equipment for production as well as manage storage and care of said equipment and photo/video studio., • Contribute to all aspects of video production: concept development, script writing, planning, pre-visualization, filming, directing, and editing., • Demonstrate passion for design, cinematography, and aesthetics., • Demonstrate attention to detail and care for your craft., • Follow a clearly defined timeline, scope, and budget and understand video brand guidelines., • Proactively communicate project status, recommendations, and analysis., • Contribute to full video productions, including but not limited to, identifying crew, storyboarding, casting & talent coordination, set design, location scouting, preparing pre-production materials like shoot books and shot lists, filming, directing, archiving. Footage scrubbing, editing, motion graphics, color-correcting and exporting final pieces per specifications required., • Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects Video Producer 2 Responsibilities (Includes all VP1 responsibilities, plus...) • Advance knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Davinci Resolve (or equal color correction platform)., • Knowledge of compression rates, video and audio codecs, frame rates, standard dimensions and media formats., • Knowledge of Cinema and mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording., • Proactively identify opportunities to improve projects beyond the client “ask”., • Support motion graphics workflow and collaborate closely with art directors to provide clear direction on project needs., • Expertise in specialized areas of video production — such as drone videography, advanced motion graphics, mastering and finishing) Video Producer 3 Responsibilities (Includes all VP2 responsibilities, plus...) • Help craft and deliver pitch presentations to clients and prospects., • Advance knowledge of Cinema and mirrorless cameras, lighting techniques & setups, and audio recording., • Advance knowledge of compression rates, video and audio codecs, frame rates, standard dimensions and media formats., • Plan, lead, and fully execute video productions, including but not limited to, identifying crew, storyboarding, casting & talent coordination, set design, location scouting, preparing pre-production materials like shoot books and shot lists, filming, directing, archiving. Footage scrubbing, editing, motion graphics, color-grading and exporting final pieces per specifications required. Salary Ranges (2026) Video Producer 1: $55,000 - $65,000 Video Producer 2: $60,000 - $70,000 Video Producer 3: $65,000 - $75,000 Note: Career pathing and timing of advancement is dependent upon many factors including but not limited to tenure, equity among team members, skillset development, organizational needs, productivity, reliability, superlative communication, advancing Stoltz values and norms through leadership, company financials, etc. Requirements You’d be a great fit if: • You have a degree in video production, design, marketing, or a related field — or 5+ years of experience., • You thrive on collaboration and believe in true client partnerships., • You’re confident, communicative, and open to feedback., • You’re fluent in video production, motion graphics, and the tools of the trade (camera/lighting/sound gear, editing software).
