Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, management, and optimization of all marketing functions across Pacific Health Group and its associated entities. This role oversees the full marketing ecosystem—including digital marketing, content development, brand management, creative production, public relations, web and software development coordination, and performance analytics—within a regulated healthcare environment. The Marketing Manager ensures brand consistency, compliance, growth, and market positioning across diverse business lines while driving measurable outcomes such as patient acquisition, brand awareness, partner engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals across all Pacific Health Group entities., • Translate executive vision into scalable marketing initiatives across healthcare, wellness, food service, and creative/technology verticals., • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting., • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics for all marketing activities., • Identify new market opportunities, audience segments, and service line expansions. 2. Department Oversight & Team Management • Oversee all marketing functions, including:, • Digital Marketing, • Graphic Design & Creative Production, • Content & Copywriting, • Web & Software Development Coordination, • Public Relations & Communications, • Brand & Reputation Management, • Manage internal staff, contractors, freelancers, and agency partners., • Set clear expectations, workflows, timelines, and quality standards., • Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and skill growth., • Ensure cross-departmental collaboration with operations, clinical leadership, sales, and executive teams. 3. Healthcare Marketing & Compliance • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient privacy standards, advertising regulations, and ethical guidelines)., • Collaborate with compliance and legal stakeholders to review messaging, content, and promotional materials., • Develop patient-centric marketing strategies focused on trust, education, and accessibility., • Manage service line marketing for healthcare offerings, including preventive care, specialty services, and community outreach initiatives. 4. Brand Management & Creative Direction • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all entities, platforms, and touchpoints., • Develop and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards., • Oversee creative direction for campaigns, collateral, websites, social media, video, and print., • Ensure sub-brands (e.g., Olive Branch Eatery, ParkWest Creative Solutions) maintain distinct positioning while aligning with the parent brand. 5. Digital Marketing & Performance • Lead digital marketing strategy, including:, • SEO and SEM, • Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic), • Social media strategy and management, • Email marketing and marketing automation, • Website optimization and conversion rate optimization, • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI., • Oversee analytics platforms, attribution models, and reporting frameworks. 6. Content Strategy & Development • Develop and oversee long-form and short-form content strategies, including blogs, articles, landing pages, case studies, patient education, and thought leadership., • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, audience-appropriate, and aligned with business objectives., • Coordinate multimedia content such as video, podcasts, photography, and motion graphics., • Manage editorial calendars and content pipelines across all brands. 7. Public Relations & Communications • Manage public relations initiatives, press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling., • Serve as a key point of contact for external media, community partners, and stakeholders., • Oversee crisis communications and reputation management strategies., • Support community engagement, partnerships, and events aligned with Pacific Health Group’s mission. 8. Web, Development & Technology Coordination • Oversee website strategy, UX/UI direction, and development roadmaps., • Coordinate with developers and technology teams to ensure functionality, security, performance, and compliance., • Manage CMS platforms, integrations, tracking, and marketing technology stacks., • Support digital product launches and technology-driven initiatives across ParkWest Creative Solutions and other entities. 9. Multi-Entity & Cross-Brand Oversight • Manage marketing strategy and execution across all current and future Pacific Health Group entities., • Balance priorities, budgets, and resources across healthcare, hospitality, and creative/technology businesses., • Customize go-to-market strategies for each entity while maintaining centralized oversight., • Report consolidated marketing performance across all brands to executive leadership. Compensation • Hourly Pay Range: $78,500-82,500 per hour (based on experience and qualifications. Work Location • In-person with frequent local travel throughout San Diego County., • Candidates should be based in or near Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Peñasquitos, or Scripps Ranch. Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)., • 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership in multi-brand or multi-entity environments., • Proven experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries strongly preferred., • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and content strategy., • Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
