We are growing our corporate leadership team and hiring for the position of Executive Vice President of Finance. This new, high-impact leadership role will report to the CFO and will require someone who lives in or is willing to relocate to the Philadelphia area. The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Finance is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations for GF Hotels & Resorts’ properties. The EVP of Finance partners closely with the CFO, COO, operations leadership, and ownership on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and growth opportunities. This role is on-site in Philadelphia and requires a highly collaborative, forward-thinking leader with deep hospitality finance experience. Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Leadership • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and operational excellence., • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to refine long-term financial plans, capital structures, and financial risk management., • Oversee financial planning and analysis (FPA), budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the entire hotel portfolio., • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and ownership-level reporting., • Work closely with operations leadership to evaluate property-level financial performance, labor optimization, revenue management impacts, and cost controls., • Provide financial guidance to regional and property-level teams to improve GOP, EBITDA, and cash flow performance., • Lead accounting policies, controls, audits, and compliance programs in partnership with the corporate accounting teams., • Ensure financial practices meet GAAP standards and hospitality industry requirements., • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization., • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement., • Drive adoption of financial systems, automation, and technology enhancements.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred., • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 7 years in the hotel, resort, or hospitality management industry., • Proven executive-level experience overseeing multi-property financial operations., • Deep understanding of hotel accounting, revenue management impacts, capital planning, and operational finance., • Strong modeling, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities., • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and influence executive leadership., • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and organizational leadership skills., • Experience with major hotel brand systems (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG) is a plus.About Company GF Hotels and Resorts, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a full-service hospitality ownership and management company that, through its operating affiliates, works on behalf of a variety of individual owners, real estate funds, and institutional lenders.
