We are proud to partner with the owners of Integrative Health and Hormone Clinic (IHHC), a thriving outpatient practice in Hiawatha, IA, as they seek a part-time or full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Medical Doctor (MD) to join their growing team. IHHC offers integrative and functional medicine, IV vitamin therapy, and hormone optimizationincluding pellet placements. With a manageable patient volume of approximately 12 visits per day, IHHC provides a supportive, relationship-focused approach to care. Youll join a collaborative team of providers, nurses, and health coaches committed to delivering high-quality care through in-depth patient assessments and the use of advanced functional medicine diagnostic testing to find the root cause of health concerns. Clinical Care • Conduct in-depth patient assessments using functional medicine principles and diagnostic testing, • Provide hormone optimization services, including pellet placements, • Collaborate with nurses and health coaches to develop customized care plans, • Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness strategies, • Deliver group or one-on-one presentations related to integrative medicine, • Board certification as a Family Physician or Adult/Gero Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric NP applicants also welcome), • Current Iowa license or eligibility to obtain one, • Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting (experience in integrative/functional medicine preferred), • Punctual, organized, and capable of multitasking with a strong work ethic, • Proficient with EMR systems and clinical documentation, • Experience or interest in hormone therapy and IV nutrient support, • Strong communication skills and patient rapport, • Comfort with public speaking and developing patient education content, • Knowledge of social media use in a healthcare setting (optional), • Schedule: Flexible part-time or full-time availability, Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends.
