We're seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist who is already an expert in the role-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, timely disclosures that support a seamless borrower experience. Position Overview As a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Loan Estimates (LE), Change of Circumstance (COC) redisclosures, and Initial Closing Disclosures (ICD). You'll collaborate across teams, maintain compliance with TRID, TILA, and RESPA regulations, and help drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Disclosure Preparation & Review • Prepare and issue LEs, COCs, and CDs within regulatory timelines, • Validate fees with third-party providers and ensure data accuracy in the LOS, • Ensure adherence to TRID, RESPA, and TILA disclosure requirements, • Track and monitor disclosure timelines to meet federal, state, and investor regulations, • Partner with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Closers, • Communicate disclosure status and resolve issues to avoid closing delays, • Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy, • Participate in training and generate reports on disclosure activities Qualifications Required: • 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations (disclosures and/or closing), • Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and TILA regulations, • Proficiency in LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx, MeridianLink), • Experience with fee engines third-party providers (e.g., LodeStar, SmartFees), • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, • Experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan products, • Prior experience supporting audits or quality control, • Prior experience as a closer and or processor Why Join Rosegate? • We're forward-thinking and growth-oriented, • We believe in empowering our people to lead and innovate, • A chance to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial futures, • You'll be part of a team that's SMART.
