Job Description HR Program Coordinator Las Vegas, NV | On-Site | Full Time | 12–24 Month Contract with Strong Conversion Potential Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000/year | Benefits: Immediate eligibility, no waiting period | Travel: None required About the Role Innovation Consulting LLC is seeking an HR Program Coordinator to provide hands-on project and operational support to a senior HR leader at a major Las Vegas-based utility. This is a full-time, on-site role in Las Vegas, NV. You will be employed by Innovation Consulting LLC and placed on-site as an embedded consultant with our utility client for 12–24 months, with a strong potential to convert directly to the client as a permanent employee. This is not a direct-hire position from day one, but the conversion pathway is real and actively supported. In this role, you will be an active program execution partner — maintaining project infrastructure, coordinating across multiple teams, and mobilizing new initiatives quickly as they are launched. The role is designed to expand capacity and sustain momentum as the program portfolio grows. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain project tracking across 8–10 concurrent HR programs including dashboards, automated workflows, status reporting, and cross-functional integrations, • Build and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies); track milestones, blockers, and deliverables across workstreams, • Prepare executive-facing materials: sprint meeting agendas, one-pagers, status summaries, and leadership dashboards (red/yellow/green reporting), • Support development and launch of new HR initiatives including documentation, stakeholder tracking, and coordination support from kickoff through delivery, • Assist in building program governance frameworks: initiative charters, escalation models, prioritization criteria, and cross-functional coordination cadences, • Support interdependency mapping across programs to surface scheduling conflicts, resource overloads, and critical path risks, • Coordinate sprint-style status meetings: prep, facilitation support, and action item tracking, • Support project management skills development activities including training coordination, job aids, and onboarding program owners to new project tools and processes Work Model & Schedule • On-site in Las Vegas, NV; a hybrid arrangement may be negotiated depending on work scope and flow, • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday; flexibility may be required during peak initiative periods, • No travel required What We Are Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, HR operations, or a related field, • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals: work breakdown structures, RAID logs, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and sprint/agile cadences, • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities, • Analytical and solution-oriented: you identify what’s blocking progress and move to resolve it, • Strong written communication skills; able to produce clean, concise materials for senior leadership independently, • Proficient in Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Outlook required; Visio and Whiteboard a plus, • Must be able to work fully on-site in Las Vegas, NV Preferred Qualifications • Smartsheet experience: dashboards, automations, Data Shuttle, or Power Automate integrations, • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, • HRIS experience (Oracle HCM or similar), • Background in HR, consulting, utility, or other regulated industry environments Compensation • Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision; retirement plan; reimbursement account; PTO; and discount plans, • No waiting period on benefits — eligibility and accrual begin immediately on your first day, • 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company matching up to 6%; 100% vested from day one, • Opportunities for professional development and career growth Benefits Details Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits are provided through Nevada Health Link.
