Job DescriptionSalary: 90,000-98,000 BCBA - ABA Director for Adolescent Clients (Ages 10-21)In-Home and Community Services (Training will occur in office and work will fade to in-home services as caseload is filled) Job Description and Contract We're looking for a BCBA who is passionate about working with the adolescent population and who would be willing to start a team for this in OKC. With guidance from our Chief ABA Officer, you would be hiring your staff, onboarding clients that you choose, and overseeing this clinical team. This includes home-based ABA and potentially community-based ABA services., • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising RBTs, ABA Interns, Lead RBTs and BCBAs for the assigned team., • This includes weekly development meetings with each BCBA on the team when hired, and a weekly meeting with the Lead RBT of the team., • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans., • Oversee clinical assessments., • Evaluate treatment programs in terms of their cost/benefit and clinical effectiveness., • Conduct supervision and train therapists, parents, and caregivers., • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Functional Behavioral Assessment)., • Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans as needed., • Provide ABA therapy in home, clinic, and/or community settings, • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure consistency of interventions., • Develop and manage caregiver support services., • Lead and develop others on company culture as it relates to Peaks core values and mission., • Provide regular and constructive feedback/evaluations to all services providers and staff, • Participate and lead in-service training and staff meetings., • Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPAA., • Submit timely billing and clinical documentation., • Masters Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program., • BCBA certification in good standing., • 2+ years of experience providing therapist supervision as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), • 2+ years of experience managing and operating an ABA Clinic, • Experience providing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.), • Experience supervising others, providing parenting training, and behavioral intervention, • Excellent communication skills with other providers and families, • Passionate about helping children and their families The ABA Director reports to the Chief ABA Officer of Peak Behavioral Health. This position may cause exposure to infectious diseases, blood, and bodily fluids. Classification, Compensation and Benefits The ABA Director for Adolescents is a salaried exempt position. Payroll is processed bi-weekly, constituting 26 annual pay periods. The detailed incentive plan will be outlined in a separate document. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with the expectation that the team's ABA Director works at least 40 hours weekly. Work is primarily expected to occur during typical weekdays (Monday-Friday); but work and/or training may be required on weeknights or weekends to ensure the expectations and requirements of the position are being met. Travel This position may require some travel. While performing the duties of this position, the team's ABA Director travels by their own automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions. The Director must maintain personal insurance of the vehicle that they utilize during work hours at a minimum of 100/300/100. Current Vehicle Insurance Verification must be uploaded to the electronic employee file at the beginning of employment and updated each time the current term expires.
